At Hot Spot Fire Supply, we believe businesses should never have to choose between exceptional service, trusted expertise, and a fair price. If you receive a lower written estimate from a qualifying competitor for the same products and services, we will review it and, when it meets the requirements below, match the qualifying price.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for Hot Spot’s Best Price Guarantee:

• The competitor must be appropriately licensed and insured to perform the quoted work in the service location.

• The competitor’s estimate must be current, written, itemized, and verifiable.

• The estimate must be submitted to Hot Spot before the work is approved, scheduled, or performed.

• The competing estimate must include the same quantities, equipment, brands or equivalent product specifications, labor, service charges, inspection requirements, documentation, warranties, and scope of work.

• The competitor must be able to perform the work within a comparable timeframe and service area.

• The competing products and services must comply with applicable fire codes, manufacturer requirements, licensing requirements, and inspection standards.

• The estimate must reflect the competitor’s publicly available and ordinarily offered pricing—not a pricing error, unauthorized quote, or unavailable offer.

WHAT THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

• Verbal estimates or estimates that cannot be verified

• Quotes submitted after the work has been authorized or completed

• Clearance, liquidation, closeout, used, refurbished, damaged, or discontinued equipment

• Membership pricing, employee pricing, government or nonprofit pricing, volume contracts, negotiated national-account pricing, or other restricted offers

• Coupons, promotional offers, rebates, referral credits, gift cards, loyalty rewards, or bundled offers that cannot be reasonably compared

• Competitor pricing errors, typographical errors, or pricing that the competitor will not honor

• Emergency, after-hours, holiday, expedited, or special-order services unless the competing estimate includes the same service conditions

• Taxes, permit fees, shipping, freight, disposal fees, or other government- or third-party-imposed charges

• Additional repairs, replacement parts, code deficiencies, or equipment conditions discovered after the original estimate

• Services performed by an unlicensed or uninsured provider

HOW TO REQUEST A PRICE MATCH

Before approving or scheduling the work, send the complete competing estimate to your service technician or provide it to a Hot Spot representative.

Please include:

• Your name and business name
• Service location
• Competitor’s name and contact information
• Complete written and itemized estimate
• Date the estimate was issued
• Any applicable product specifications, warranties, or service conditions

Hot Spot will review the estimate, confirm that the products and services are comparable, and contact you with the result.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

The Best Price Guarantee applies only to the portion of the competing estimate that meets all qualification requirements. If the estimates contain different products, quantities, warranties, service conditions, compliance requirements, or scopes of work, Hot Spot may adjust the comparison to reflect those differences.

The guarantee is limited to a price match and cannot be combined with another Hot Spot discount, promotion, credit, or special pricing arrangement. It has no cash value and does not apply retroactively.

Hot Spot reserves the right to verify the competing estimate directly with the provider and to decline estimates that are incomplete, expired, unavailable, inaccurate, or cannot be independently verified.

Hot Spot Fire Supply may modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time. Changes will not affect a qualifying price match that has already been approved in writing.
